We work on residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels in and around Clarksville, out to places like Adams, about 16 miles off. We don't do commercial roll-up doors, gate operators, or fence work, and we won't quote a full replacement over the phone without seeing the opening first.
Winters here sit in the cold-moderate band, which puts real stress on torsion springs through more freeze-thaw cycles than you'd see somewhere milder. That's one of the first things we check on an older door, and it's also why we won't just replace a spring and call it done if the drums or bearing plates show the same wear. Fixing one part and ignoring the one next to it just means a second call in a year.
We also won't push a repair past the point it makes sense. If the door is old enough that parts are getting hard to source, or the track is so bent that straightening it costs close to a new one, we'll say so plainly instead of running up a bill on something that's going to fail again soon.
